The Agenda is hereby established:
1. Report on the Work of the Culture Association in 2017:
Obavljeno:
– collection of materials, writing of tenders, projects, programs, goals, plans for 2017 (from 9th of 2016 to 12th of 2017)
– organized and implemented the LegendArt – competition for the Primary Schools of Istria and Šibenik-Knin County (12th of March 2016 through 8th of 2017)
– production of video footage taken in the field of NP Krka and Šibenik-Knin County – heritage (from 01 to 7 of 2017)
– organized exhibition “I will not regret, thanks – Ivo Friščić” in the cities of Croatia (in Zagreb in May 2016 and in Križevci and Osijek in 2017
– Organization of the 2nd LegendFest Festival in the County of Šibenik-Knin, at the Reka Waterfall in NP Krka at the beginning of July 2017. Preparations for the 11th of August 2016
– organization of the 12th LegendFest Festival in Pićno – Istarska County – at the end of July 2017 (preparation from 1 of 2017, campaign of 7th of 2017)
– organization of the LegendExpo exhibition at the City Library in Šibenik, in Mlinice on the Reka Waterfall in Velika Tabor in 2017
– organization of the speculation of part of the great Croatian painters Ivo Frascic and Ivo Šebalo academy in 6 cities of Croatia: Opatija, Osijek, Križevci, Čakovec, Slavonski Brod, Petrinja
– Presentation of 3D Presentation, Architectural Documentation and Program Content for LegendKuć in Pićna in Istria – Interactive Multimedia Interpretation Center of Legend, Myths and Story of Istria – Presented to the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia
– organization of an exhibition of paintings by Ivan Listeš, an academic painter in Zagreb, at Pikto Gallery
– work on the EU Interreg SLO-HR fund titled ŽivaŠtrigarija since 01.08.2017. two more years
– Study trip to Edinburgh in Scotland with fund partners at the most famous Storytelling Festival as an example of good practice
– Equipping the new office of the Val culture association at Jurišićeva 19 in Zagreb
– dismissal of the secretary of the Val Culture Association – Dijane Zajec
– employment of new secretary and executive producer Eme Paškvan in half-time
– making all necessary conclusions, reports to institutions and public bodies supporting the work and activities of the Valkulture Association and collecting new materials and applying for the same competitions in the period of 9,10,11,12 months. 2017

January – March
• Preparation of documentation for the first reporting period of the Viva Trigger Project – Live coverage of the Interreg Si-Hr program
• Announcement of the tender and recruitment of the person on the site of assistant project manager within Interreg Si-Hr program employment of 1 person
• The first period of (preparatory) implementation of the organization of the Vukovar Festival – the art port – communication with artists and travel organizations
• Opening of Ivan Listeš’s exhibition in the gallery of Zagoraca Club
• Announcement of the City of Ozalj Contest with the LegendIn and LegendExpo projects
• Inviting Callers to Apply for Projects / Programs for LegendFest 2018.
April – June
• Preparing for the activities of the second reporting period of the Living Struggle Project – Live Coverage, Interreg Si-Hr
• The second period of implementation of the organization of the Vukovar Art Museum – the art port – the process of procurement of materials, accommodation organization, creation of the Kredica Festival2.
• Announcement of a competitions for independent marketing consultant jobs – employment of 1 person
• Activities of the LegendFesta implementation organization
• Implementation of the final period for the preparation and implementation of the Vukovar Festival of Art
• Preparing for the application of the project to the invited Call of Interreg IPA Croatia – Serbia
July – September
• Final Preparation and Implementation of the LegendFest Festival in Puppy and Support Platforms LegendExpo and LegendIn
• Final preparations and implementation of the LegendFest festival in NP Krka and the supporting platforms LegendExpo and LegendIn
• Preparing a Marketing Strategy for the Life Triggering Project – Live Coverage, Interreg Si-Hr
• Preparation of the conceptual solution of the tourist route of the Puteva Živa štrigarija, as part of the Interreg Si-Hr program
• Final Preparation and Implementation of LegendFest Festival in Velika Tabor Palace and Supported LegendExpo and LegendIn Platforms
October – December
• Implementation and organization of the LegendExpo and LegendIn programs in Ozalj
• Preparation and organization of the exhibition Historical moments of sport
• Preparation of documentation for the second reporting period of the Viva Trigger Project – Live Coverage, Interreg Si-Hr
• Preparing the Ideal Solution for the Fiber Scene Festival!
It is about deciding:
1. The report on the work and activities of the Association of Val Culture has been unanimously adopted
2. A plan of work and activities of the Val culture association was adopted unanimously in 2018
